I took a Habor Tour of Galveston and The Tour Guy told me this story. It's VERY TRUE and it has turned into one of my favorite ghost stories.Long ago there was a pirate named John LaFeat. He had lived on the side of Galveston, right next to the sea. Many years later the people who owned that piece of land found his dairy. In it before John died, he wrote that whoever puts anything over his land he will hunt them forever. The people ignored he's letter and built a building on the land. After that his spirit came, and the next day his face appeared on the building's wall. The people ingored that too, and sandblasted the picture off. Later, his face appeared again on the building's wall. This time the people did not sandblast it off and left it there. Today the building is still there, serveing as a habit for a gaint squid someone found days ago. The people who work there still belive it's hunted, and it is. The black line points to the first picture that apeared, the one that was sandblasted off. The Red line points to the picture that was not sandblasted. You can see John LaFeat's face if you look clearly. This is a close up of the picture that appeared the 2nd time. What a sight.
